Representatives from the IRS, Oregon Department of Revenue, City of Portland and Oregon State Boards will give updates. The registration fee for this event includes lunch but no breakfast. The new tax legislation will not be gone over by the IRS representatives due to the late timing of the legislation.  The IRS needs 60 to 90 days to approve new presentation materials.  All new laws need to be vetted through Chief Counsel (attorney's), Communication Staff, Media Relations, Subject Matter Experts, etc.
