Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration: Accounting from Portland State University. Passed all four parts of the CPA exam on the first sitting. Started into the tax arena working for her father, Larry O’Leary, has been committed to the tax preparation industry, education and promotion since. Terry became a Licensed Tax Preparer, then a Licensed Tax Consultant in 2002, and an Enrolled Agent in 2008. Terry was able to get her CPA license in 2018. She has over 27 years’ experience in the industry. Terry is a past president of OAIA.. Terry brings practical experience to the subject of Ethics, with suggestions for ensuring compliance with the plethora of rules that govern the industry.
