Event Description

8 Afternoons of 1040 Tax in Depth Webinar

This will be a rebroadcast of a 1040 Tax in Depth class recorded in late October.

Please pay attention, to make sure your are registering for the correct format of 1040 Tax In Depth you want to attend.

The OAIA Board has decided to offer you our biggest course of the year broken up into 2 hour increments.  It will still run the same as all other webinars, however it will not be live on those days  The times are listed below.  Questions can still be asked during the webinar an dif they do not get answered during the class, they will be answered via e-mail.

What an unusual year!  The 1040 Manual this year has over 50 pages of new laws and court cases including the Secure Act 2.0; clarification of 2022's Inflation Reduction Act; the Corporate Transparency Act; clear guidance on disaster losses as a result of fires, floods, and storms of 2023; new IRS crypto-currency guidance; new estate & gift rules and IRS opening attacks on the Employee Retention Credit frauds will require six hours on our part just to cover the new stuff.

We have added a session on tax planning for individuals to go with our "1040 hot topics" normal review.

We provide the newly updated engagement letter, fee schedules and new 1040 preparer and review checklists, interview forms and 1040 checksheets.

The 1040 manual is your 1,000 page electronic desktop reference guide that for nearly 10 straight years has been voted by Tax Professionals in the independent review as THE ONLY CPE MANUAL to be awarded a Top Research Award.
